Monitoring & Rebooting

Keeping an eye on a VPS is a tough procedure. You either need to do the job all by yourself and dedicate your precious time to regularly monitoring your VPS server, or you have to set up a third–party solution whose only mission will be to monitor your VPS server. And that is where our Optional Admin Services solution will comes in real handy. With it, your server will be entered in our custom server monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the key processes. And in case of any service failure, our skilled server admins will be warned instantaneously and they will solve the trouble as quickly as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your data is obligatory – one never knows when something could go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services offer, you can enjoy every week backups of your whole VPS, not just of your data, without you being required to set up or configure anything. Last but not least the backups are placed on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disks. As a result your data will always be safe, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a VPS Server, you will have full freedom to run any kind of script or service on your server. However, a part of the scripts are harder to run and might require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Optional Admin Services offer can come in real handy. It features half an hour of installation & troubleshooting operations – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our proficient server admins for 30 min and have him assist you with the installation of any software app whatsoever that you desire. Or have him solve a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and it is an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
